We hope that you are ecstatic with your order, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return any products within 30 days of receipt.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition, without having been worn, altered or damaged and with tags still attached
- Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging
- Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times
- Returns will only be accepted from the country it was originally shipped to
- Any custom fees, duties or taxes will not be refunded
Refunds
- All items will be checked by our team before a refund or credit is provided
- If a discount code or voucher was used to purchase an item, only the amount paid will be refunded
- If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher
- Refund are credited to the original payment method
- Refunds are always credited in the original purchased currency
- Refund are credited to the purchaser’s account
- If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued
- Refund times depend on the original payment method or your credit card provider
- If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.
- Unfortunately refunds will not be processed for customised or bespoke items
Exchanges
- All items will be checked by our team before an exchange is processed
- Exchanges are dependent on stock availability and can only be processed if the item is available at an equal value of the original purchase item
- Only one exchange is permitted per item per order
- Customised or bespoke items can not be exchanged
- In the event that the desired item is no longer available a refund will be processed (see Refunds section)
